Blue light is everywhere now,

In our Routine we spent a lot of time in front of digital devices like mobile, TV, laptop, I pad, Computer etc…. All the devices are blue light creator, Means Blue Light Comes From All These Screen. When We Use All These Devices For More Hour, Result, Reddish Eye, Blurring Vision, Watering From Eyes And Some Times Blue Light Exposure May Put You At Risk For Macular Degeneration ( Eyes Disease).

To Protect Your Eye From Blue Light.

** Remember 20 : 20 : 20 Rules

  • Keep Distance Of Your Computer Or Laptop 20 inch
  • Work 20 Minutes
  • Take Rest 20 Second ( Keep Close Your Eyes For 20 Seconds )

** Start wearing Blue Rays Filter or Blue Light Filter Glasses In Front Of All Type Digital Devices

** Clean Your Eyes At least Twice In a Day ( Take a Water In Your Mouth, Keep Eyes Closed & Clean Your Eyes With Water For Better Result)
